Friendly staff, great value for dinner and breakfast, beautiful mountain view, newly renovated room, nice sauna.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and friendly from the very beginning. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The location of the hotel is in a beautiful spot in the mountains, providing stunning views. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The bed was comfy and the view from the room was amazing. The hotel had an warm atmosphere which made us feel at home. the staff was polite and helpful with our requests.

The portions were small, overpriced and not appetizing. the hotel was far from any other amenities, which made it difficult to travel to and from the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location, nestled in a slight valley amidst breathtaking mountains, was simply stunning. The room itself was spacious, with a cozy sitting area and a large balcony that provided sweeping views of the surrounding natural beauty. Plus, the amenities were top-notch, including an in-room safe, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in late and providing a delicious homemade breakfast with plenty of options. The sauna was also a great way to unwind after a day of skiing, and the sun terrace and garden area added to the overall relaxing atmosphere.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel offered nice food and good alpine views. The rooms were clean and comfortable with excellent Wi-fi. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated near multiple countries with access to various outdoor activities.

We did not have access to a coffee machine or drinks in the room. Also, the shower cabin leaked water onto the bathroom floor during our stay, which was not ideal. It is worth noting that these issues were not mentioned in the hotel's description and were an inconvenience during our stay. the hotel had some positive aspects, but the lack of certain amenities was a downside to our experience.

Nestled in the heart of a picturesque valley, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and lush forests, this hotel is a nature-lover's paradise. The rooms are elegantly designed with comfortable seating areas and beautiful balconies to soak up the panoramic views. The friendly staff provide excellent service and the homemade breakfast offers a wide range of delicious options to kick-start your day. Guests also have access to great facilities, including a sauna and heated lockers for skis and snowboards.

One minor downside is the early closing time for the bar and last orders at dinner, but with such stunning outdoor surroundings, who needs to stay indoors for long anyway?
